The clients bought a 1970’s expanded colonial and wanted to modernize it. We replaced the siding and windows, adding rigid insulation to increase the efficiency. We also installed heat pumps for heating and cooling and a solar-assisted radiant floor heating system throughout the 1st floor. Big transformation!!

The Weston House

This is a very interesting new house I designed in Weston, CT that will be a near net-zero energy house. This is a 3,500SF 3-bedroom house with a detached 700SF Art Studio.
