A noted interior designer in Weston asked Rountree Architects to design a replacement for an existing 3 car garage.
The new structure contains a new 2 car garage with a 2nd story Guest Room and Bath. In the back on the 1st floor is a new Family Room that looks out onto a beautifully landscaped yard and gardens.
The design uses a cupola, first floor stone veneer and arched garage doors to give it a “Carriage house” look.
The house was featured on the cover of a local home magazine.
